How it works

Three steps. The third is optional.

1. 1

   Confirm your domain

   Tell us your website address. We give you a one-line <meta> tag to add to your homepage. That proves you own the domain. (DNS-based verification is fine too if your hosting allows it.)

2. 2

   We read your stock

   Wycka discovers your listing pages from your sitemap and pulls the key facts: address, price, photos, description, the usual material information. We hold everything in preview while we measure buyer activity on Wycka. Nothing is published publicly until you and we both agree it's ready.

3. 3

   A short weekly summary lands in your inbox

   Once a week we email a brief: what we picked up, what's gone, and what is ready to publish. Reply yes to publish, ignore the email to do nothing. If you'd rather set-and-forget, switch on auto-approve, and the email then tells you what's gone live. Either way, listing is free while we grow, and anything you list now stays free.

A few honest things

• We're new. Wycka launched in 2026, in weeks rather than years. There's no VC behind us asking for a billion-pound exit. The running cost is low enough that we can keep this free while we grow.
• You can leave any time. No tie-in, no minimum term. We don't store anything we couldn't hand back.
• We don't touch your CRM. Your Reapit / Alto / Jupix / WordPress / whatever stays where it is. We read from the public pages your CRM already publishes.
• Nothing's public until you say so. Your listings sit in preview until we both look at buyer activity on Wycka and decide it's worth turning the lights on.
